The Tile Shop opens store in West Knoxville

KNOXVILLE -- The Tile Shop has opened a store in Knoxville at 8220 Kingston Pike.

The Knoxville store employs 8-12 seasoned tile sales consultants and is managed by Luke Crownover, a Tile Shop employee of three years. "I'm excited to bring The Tile Shop to the Knoxville community and tile into their homes. My staff and I take a lot of pride in finding the best fitting tile for each customer's personal style while working within their budget. I can't wait to see the creativity of tile projects as well as teach the willing do-it-yourselfers how to tile," says Crownover.

Although The Tile Shop works with tile professionals, contractors and designers, the business was founded on the idea to provide do-it-yourselfers with the finest natural stones and ceramics.

The Knoxville store offers FREE do-it-yourself classes every Saturday starting at 9:30 a.m. Each class is open to the public and no registration is required. That means you can be a tiling pro by noon.

The Tile Shop's retail locations, including the new Knoxville store, feature tiled vignettes. The small mock-ups of rooms spark inspiration in homeowners and provide their imagination a new avenue to become reality. The interactive vignettes help showcase the wide variety of stone and tile materials available at the store, including natural stone, floor and wall tile, mosaics, installation tools and supplies, and pro-heat systems to warm tile and stone floors.

There are 59 stores across the United States including one in Franklin, Tennessee.
