KNOXVILLE -- Perfection Group has promoted Alec Blaine to vice president of strategic account development and Brad Davidson to vice president – South Region. Blaine is a graduate of Maryville College. He has worked for Perfection for 12 years, beginning his career as a Knoxville contract sales representative. He has strived to grow that side of the business while implementing his real estate and marketing background. His largest accomplishment is the exponential growth of the company’s Knoxville market, growing the office to $8 M in sales with nearly 40 associates.

“In my new position, I am excited for the opportunity to apply our Knoxville principles to other regions of the company for further growth,” Blaine said. “I am looking forward to taking an active role with contract representatives in each office to instill in them a work ethic that will help them to be successful for years to come.”

A graduate of The University of Georgia, Davidson joined Perfection as a business development representative. Through his more than seven-year career with the company, he has gained experience in different offices, regions and departments of Perfection. His biggest achievement came while serving as general manager of Perfection’s Indianapolis office. Davidson and his team were able to develop Indianapolis into the fastest growing market in Perfection’s footprint, nearly quadrupling the base business. “The personal growth and the challenges we overcame as a team are all what have prepared me for my new role as vice president of the South Division,” he said. “As vice president, I will ensure that we are constantly developing our associates and service offerings to maintain our position as an industry leader for years to come.”
