Pinnacle Financial Partners adds Trust Advisor in Knoxville

KNOXVILLE – Robert Dancu and Dawn Greenwald have joined Pinnacle Financial Partners’ trust services group. They are based at Pinnacle’s Northshore Drive office.

“Rob’s extensive trust services experience and Dawn’s commitment to excellent client service make them a perfect fit for Pinnacle,” said Mike DiStefano, Pinnacle’s Knoxville president. “They will be great assets as they demonstrate our commitment to our clients and the community.”

Dancu brings 25 years of experience to his role of senior vice president and trust services advisor. Before joining Pinnacle, he spent 10 years with First Tennessee Bank in Knoxville, where he was a trust and relationship officer managing more than 300 accounts with approximately $380 million in assets.

Dancu earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration and management from Westminster College, in New Wilmington, PA. He is a graduate of the Cannon Financial Institute and holds Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA™), and Certified Retirement Counselor (CRC®) designations. Dancu is also licensed in Tennessee health and life insurance.

Greenwald, with 16 years of trust services experience, joins Pinnacle as a trust advisor assistant. She also comes to Pinnacle from First Tennessee Bank, where she was a vice president and regional trust compliance consultant.

Greenwald is a graduate of Northeastern Illinois University in Chicago and the Cannon Trust School. She is a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA™).
