In celebration of the storied weather-forecasting event, which predicts an end to winter, Chick-fil-A® restaurants in the greater Knoxville area are hosting a Groundhog Day giveaway Wednesday, February 2 from 6 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. All guests during that time are invited to "heat up" by receiving a free Spicy Chicken Biscuit. The Biscuit was added to the Chick-fil-A breakfast menu on January 10.

Chick-fil-A Marketing Team

Part of the Chick-fil-A marketing team served the Knoxville Daily Sun staff spicy chicken biscuits this morning at their Turkey Creek store.

The Spicy Chicken Biscuit features the chain's signature hand-breaded boneless breast of chicken seasoned with a fiery blend of peppers and spices, pressure-cooked in 100 percent refined peanut oil and served on a made-from-scratch buttermilk biscuit.
