KenJo Markets Donates $40,000 to East TN Kidney Foundation

KNOXVILLE -- The East Tennessee Kidney Foundation has received a $40,000 donation from KenJo Markets. The money was raised by its customers and employees who purchased coupon books.
"We are very appreciative of our customers and employees who helped raise the money through the KenJo coupon book campaign," said Charles W. "Wes" Carruthers Jr., vice president of Downey Oil Co./KenJo Markets. "The East Tennessee Kidney Foundation is a fantastic organization, and the money stays right here in the region to help patients with kidney disease."
