KNOXVILLE -- LINK and Y-Teens are partnering together to show Hiding, a movie about five North Korean Refugees hiding in China and their attempts to escape. The movie will be shown Saturday, March 5 from 7:00pm-10:00pm and the YWCA downtown location.

By showing this movie, LINK and Y-Teens hope to raise awareness of the current global issues that people may overlook. Both groups also want to educate the public about international women's issues.

The YWCA Knoxville Y-Teens program is designed to empower young women by providing them with opportunities to explore their leadership potential. By joining Y-Teens, young girls can experience leadership training, community service, mentoring programs, social events and various workshops. Y-Teens is open to females in grade six and above.

LINK is a human rights organization whose mission is to redefine the North Korea crisis through creative storytelling, while providing emergency relief to North Korean refugees and pursuing an end to the human rights crisis.
