KNOXVILLE – University of Tennessee AgResearch will be hosting 11 field days and 4 special events in 2017.

Field days offer farmers, ranchers, gardeners and the general public a chance to see research findings, learn from university and industry experts and network with peers. These events are held at most of the 10 AgResearch and Education Centers located throughout the state.

New in 2017 is a new event, the "Forest Research Overview." Held at the Forest Resources AgResearch and Education Center, this event will provide opportunities for professional foresters as well as interested landowners to learn more about forest and natural resource management.

This field day will be held at the East Tennessee AgResearch and Education Center, and program topics will cover the diverse agricultural interests of the region.
