Discover a new way to see the city on a family friendly bike ride through the beautiful Sequoyah Hills neighborhood, just west of Downtown Knoxville along the banks of the Tennessee River. Sequoyah Hills is home to the very first Dogwood Trail which opened there in 1955. Today, there are a total of 12 Dogwood Trails located throughout our city that celebrate the natural, scenic beauty of the region.

Produced in partnership with DreamBikes and Dogwood Arts, the ride will be approximately 6 miles and designed for riders of all skill sets. Cyclists must wear helmets and have a basic understanding of road riding. Free and no pre-registration required. Ages 8+ recommended. Refreshments generously provided by Three Rivers Market. The ride will begin at 1400 Cherokee BLVD (in the parking lot on the West end of the boulevard) and will be led by DreamBikes and Dogwood Arts staff members.

The event will be held at 1400 Cherokee Blvd (Sequoyah Hills Neighborhood) on Sunday, September 15th from 2-4PM. Admission is Free (no pre-registration required).

This Bikes & Blooms event is sponsored by Covenant Health of East Tennessee and Three Rivers Market. Find more information about the wellness programs.
