KNOXVILLE — With a ceremonial ribbon cutting today, Commercial & Investment Properties President Nicholas G. Cazana formally opened THE TENNESSEAN Personal Luxury Hotel and Residences in downtown Knoxville.

Elected officials, community leaders and travel influencers gathered to see the city’s newest gem.

“We have been developing properties in Knoxville for more than 25 years and have long dreamed of bringing a signature hotel to downtown Knoxville,” Cazana said. “It’s an honor and privilege to stand before this magnificent property and celebrate achieving that dream.”

“Reservations already on the books promise a bright future and underscore the need for a hotel of this caliber.”

Located in downtown Knoxville at 531 Henley St., THE TENNESSEAN is close to the vibrant shopping and dining of Market Square, the city’s art and theater districts, World’s Fair Park and the University of Tennessee.
