After 15 years at 2160 Lakeside Centre Way, the Knoxville Talbots Contact Center will be re-locating to 250 Seven Oaks Drive. The new, 23,000 square foot space will house approximately 150 associates. The Talbots team at the contact center is in charge of assisting customers with all channels of business – phone, email, chat and social media. The customer service team also supports Talbots store associates at its 500+ retail locations across the United States and Canada.
