KNOXVILLE - Tennessee Athletics has worked closely with the City of Knoxville, Visit Knoxville, TDOT, KPD, UTPD, campus leadership, and engineering/planning consultant Kimley-Horn to find gameday traffic solutions for Vol Nation.
An updated traffic flow plan will be tested for the two major May events at Neyland Stadium: Luke Combs’ My Kinda Saturday Night Tour on May 2 and the Savannah Bananas game on May 23.
UT Athletics, the City of Knoxville and campus leadership will implement the updated traffic flow plan after each event to ensure a smoother exit for attendees.

After the concert, Neyland Drive will feature a revised traffic pattern to help ease congestion:
• Three westbound lanes will guide vehicles toward Alcoa Highway, I-40, and Kingston Pike.
• The far-left lane will function as a Kingston Pike Express Lane for faster access and reduced bottlenecks.
These changes are intended to streamline post-event departures. Enhancing the fan experience remains a central focus, and this updated traffic plan reflects ongoing efforts to improve operations for larger events at Neyland Stadium.
