KNOXVILLE - DXD Capital, a leader in technology-driven self storage development and investment, in partnership with Olympus Ventures LLC, has opened its newest self storage facility at 3737 Middlebrook Pike, Knoxville, TN 37921.

Operated by Extra Space Storage, one of the nation's leading self-storage companies, this 112,000 sq ft. facility sits on approximately 2.5 acres and offers 898 climate-controlled units across four stories of premium storage space. This facility includes two levels of drive-up loading, made possible by a design that takes advantage of the site's slope.

General contractor JM Williams constructed the project, breaking ground in May 2025 and delivering the completed building in time for leasing to begin in late July 2026. SAA Architects designed the structure, which is strategically positioned along Middlebrook Pike to serve the area’s growing University of Tennessee student population and its stable base of long-term residents.

"Our team held the line on quality every step of the way, and seeing this facility open its doors to Knoxville is a direct reflection of that commitment," said Scott Hughes, Managing Director of Construction at DXD Capital. "We're incredibly proud of what the team accomplished.”

This Knoxville, TN development marks DXD Capital's continued commitment to delivering institutional-quality storage infrastructure in high-demand urban markets across the country and brings the company’s leasing portfolio to 28 facilities.
