KNOX COUNTY, TN - During his Weekly Update today, Knox County Mayor Glenn Jacobs talked about the groundbreaking for Hero’s Hill, donations to the Love Kitchen, and an upcoming Advance Knox meeting.
Mayor Jacobs discusses Tuesday’s groundbreaking for Hero’s Hill, which will create a community of 20 tiny homes and a community center for veterans struggling to find housing. He hopes to have a ribbon cutting ceremony late summer/early fall.
“Now we’re moving the blueprint off the paper and to the real world and starting construction,” says Mayor Jacobs.
