Subtext Opens New 498-Bed Student Housing Community Near UT Knoxville

KNOXVILLE - Subtext, a national real estate company focused on elevating the resident experience, has officially opened EVER Knoxville. The new 14-story, 498-bed student housing community is located at 1919 Lake Avenue, just steps from the University of Tennessee.

The project expands Subtext’s presence in Tennessee, following the opening of TENN at UT in 2018 and LOCAL Nashville in 2024. It also introduces the EVER brand to the state, bringing its focus on student wellness and academic success to Knoxville.
