  1. Great Smoky Mountains National Park|  Great Smoky Mountains National Park flaunts Fall like no other area in the Southeast.  It is the most visited national park in America. There are 800 miles of hiking trails throughout the park, including 71 miles of the Appalachian Trail. The total number of trails is 150. There are trails for every age group and disability.  
   The National Park has 2,115 miles of fishing waters for your enjoyment. There are many other outdoor activities within the park, including whitewater rafting, horseback riding, biking, and more. 
 
Discover a variety of wildlife during your visit.  Black bears, elk, wild boar, turkey, gray wolves, fox, and white-tailed deer can be spotted in most areas of the park.  One of the best areas to see wildlife is in Cades Cove, an 11-mile drive through pristine fields, historic structures, rivers, and majestic mountain views.
